Kensington Private Hospital is Northland’s only comprehensive private surgical hospital.

Kensington Private Hospital offers a relaxing environment which blends modern facilities with traditional personal attention. The Hospital has five operating theatres and a 19 bed Inpatient Suite for patients requiring ongoing care.

Airzone maintains all theatres in the hospital. Airzone recently completed a design build contract to supply and install the HVAC equipment for the new theatre 5 and recently installed a new high quality, state of the art HVAC system.

The new system delivers the latest technology functional ensuring precise air management for optimal clinical conditions.

Working alongside Kensington Hospital, Aurecon and Vital Healthcare property trust, Airzone provided a design build solution to replace the ageing chiller. This involved full project management which included electrical, BMS, decommissioning of the redundant pipework, sourcing the replacement chiller unit and installation.

Airzone also provides strategic asset lifecycle management which includes mechanical planning over a 20 year horizon and a comprehensive scheduled service and maintenance program.
